West End Crossing is a newer Adult Community of 41 luxury townhomes located on Norwood Avenue in West Long Branch, NJ. This community was established in 2023 and has just a few remaining new construction homes available. The community should finish construction of the remaining homes by the end of 2024.
Floorplans included options for a 1st or 2nd floor master suite. These homes are larger (3,000 sq ft) with three bedrooms, full basements, 2-car garage, optional rear patios or decks and optional study.
The community was eligible for a special property tax abatement program where homeowners benefit from lower tax rate for the first several years. HOA fees include lawn care, snow removal on all streets, walkways, and driveways.
