Silvermead Adult Community is a manufactured home community offering 2 and 3 Bedroom homes. This is one of the older communities established back in 1964 but offers spacious lots and many models to choose from. Many of the older units are being replaced with new model homes.
The community does offer a newly renovated clubhouse, outdoor pool and bocce courts and shuffleboard.
