Perry’s Lake is an adult community of manufactured single-family homes located in Manahawkin (Stafford Township) in Ocean County, NJ. This is a larger community of 450 homes and not your typical manufactured home community. Many of the homes are pretty large, with driveways and garages.
Financing is available for these homes. The HOA fee is actually the land rental fee. Homeowners are responsible for all the upkeep of the house inside and out.
The Community has a clubhouse, with a fitness room and game room. Other amenities include an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and small putting green. There are two large lakes with fountains on the property.
