Heritage Point in Barnegat adds 3 New Model Homes
New Models are being introduced at the Heritage Point Adult Community in Barnegat, NJ. All of the original model homes have been sold off. A new set of model homes are now ready to be seen in the last remaining sections of new construction in the community.
This is the second time Mignatti Companies as introduced new models into the community in an effort to increase sales and interest. The three new models are the Capri, the Captiva and the Freeport. The only original model that is still available today for purchase is the Hatteras.
Today, Heritage Point offers 6 different model homes (4 models have loft/second floor options). This community also has two fully operational clubhouses, indoor and outdoor pools and much more all at a very reasonable monthly maintenance fee.
