Four Seasons at Monmouth Woods now open
I stopped by to see K. Hovnanian’s latest Four Seasons Development called Monmouth Woods in Howell, NJ. This adult community is located just west of Route 9 not too far from the Home Depot.
This community will feature 251 single family homes ranging from 1,800 sf to 3,800 sf. Currently there are only 3 models to see (including the sales office which is one of the models). The Site Plan is a nice layout where many of the homes back up to woods, pond or open space.
I especially like the large pond / detention basin with a walking path around it that leads to the clubhouse. There will also be an outdoor pool, fitness center, billiards room, tennis & bocce courts and so much more.
Since the development is in the new construction phase, homes are being ordered with a host of options and will take at least 6 months to be move in ready. K. Hov will also be adding some “Spec” homes to help buyers who want to move in quicker.
