Madison Crossing at Birch Hill is a diverse adult community of villas, townhouses, and condominiums located in Old Bridge, NJ. Established in the late 2000’s with some new construction still available for the condo units. Many of the villas have custom features like private elevators, up to 4 bedrooms and almost 3,000 SF of living space. The townhouses typically have 2 bedrooms, optional elevator and up to 2,418 SF of space. Condos are the smallest of the units featuring up to 3 bedrooms and just over 1,500 SF. The condominiums are part of a 3 story building housing 6 units per floor.
