Leisure Village West is a large active adult community (over 2,600 Homes) established in the 1980s. The community features twenty different one—and two-bedroom condo-style homes to choose from. Most of the community homes have electric heat, but some of the newer units closer to Route 37 have gas heat.
There is no shortage of things to do in Leisure Village West, including a 9-hole golf course, three clubhouses, two outdoor swimming pools, bocce, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball, reception rooms, and so much more.
There is a community bus schedule and an on-site bank for the residents. LVW also has an excellent Home Owners Association (HOA) and maintenance department. HOA fees include all the typical services like snow and garbage removal, lawn maintenance, common areas, and some extras like GE appliances and heat/AC maintenance.

Leisure Village West sits between Route 70 and Route 37, with entrances on both highways in Manchester, NJ. The community is conveniently located near large shopping centers and restaurants.
With so many things to do inside the community, you may never want to venture out. But if you do, you can quickly get to the beaches of Island Beach State Park and onto the Garden State Parkway for fun trips to Atlantic City.
