Leisure Knoll is a gated single-family home adult community located in Manchester, NJ. Built between the 1970- 1990s there are over 1,600 homes in total and 15 home styles to choose from. Homes range from 1,000 SF to over 1,700 SF with attached garages and two bedrooms. The community started out as all-electric heat but the newer sections of the community do have natural gas heat and appliances available.
There is no shortage of things to do in Leisure Knoll. They have a ton of clubs plus a large clubhouse with community rooms, billiards, a fitness center, and more. Outdoors, you can enjoy a walk around the large pond with fountains and a gazebo, tennis, bocce, outdoor pool, and more. The community does have the option to store your RV camper in their designated parking area near the clubhouse.

Leisure Knoll is located just off Route 70 in Manchester, NJ (Ocean County). The community entrance is directly across from the Leisure Village West adult community. Just down the road, you will find several shopping centers and restaurants.
Residents can quickly access Route 37, where they will find many large shopping centers, professional offices, the Community Medical Center, and the beaches of Seaside and Island Beach State Park.
