Lake Ridge is a beautiful gated adult community located in Toms River, NJ. This Kokes Family development features over 900+ single-family homes built in the mid-1990s.
From the moment you pull up to the gatehouse, you know this isn’t your typical adult community. Once you make your way past the friendly guard you will know why it’s called “Lake” Ridge. Magnificent lakes surround the entrance of this community complete with walking paths, a gazebo, and several fountains. The larger lake is stocked with fish for the annual summer fishing competition for the grandkids.
The 15,000 sq/ft clubhouse is home to many of the community activities. Stay fit in their state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor pool.
