Horizons at Woodlake Greens is an active adult community on the border of Lakewood and Brick Township, which was established in 2005 and completed in 2014. This community was started by Kara Homes and finished by another builder, Ryan Homes.
The community is smaller, with just over 200 single-family homes, but many of the models are grand in style. Home sizes range from 1,500 SF to 2,500 SF, including some with 2nd-floor lofts and 2-3 bedrooms.
Amenities include a clubhouse, pickleball courts, an outdoor pool, and more.

Horizons at Woodlake Greens is located off Joe Parker Road, close to Lanes Mill Road, on the edge of Lakewood and Bricktown. It is a commuter-friendly location with easy access (less than 2 miles) to the Garden State Parkway.
There are several shopping centers, restaurants professional businesses, and medical center nearby in Bricktown. Lakewood is also home to the Jersey Shore BlueClaws Stadium (Minor League Baseball) which is only 3.5 miles away.
