Heritage Point is one of the larger adult communities located in Barnegat, NJ. This Mignatti development started construction back in 2003 and was just completed in 2018.
Heritage Point has a little over 900 homes with many models to choose from ranging from 1,400 SF – over 3,000 SF. Some homes include lofts, a 3rd bedroom, and full basements. The community has over 10 different model homes with 3 elevation variations to each model.
The community is large enough to support 2 clubhouses with just about every amenity imaginable from indoor/outdoor pools, tennis, bocce, billiards and a host of clubs and activities including a travel coordinator for group vacations.

Heritage Point is located on West Bay Avenue where you will find most of the adult communities in town. Residents can drive a few files to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Not far is the Route 72 corridor where you will find larger shopping centers, hospital and access to the gorgeous beaches of Long Beach Island.
