Greenbriar Woodlands is on the northern end of Toms River just off of New Hampshire Boulevard (about 1.5 miles south of Route 70). Residents will find many shops and restaurants along the Route 70 corridor and along Hooper Ave in Toms River including the Ocean County Mall.
The location is not far from the beaches and several parks. If fishing and boating are your thing, there are several marinas along the Silver and Barnegat Bays.
