There are several adult communities in the surrounding neighborhoods. The Concordia shopping center is within a half a mile and Freehold Raceway Mall in Freehold is only a 15 minute drive and offers over 100 stores and restaurants.
The nearby Thompson Park offers something for everyone. The 675 acre park offers a dog park, Disc Golf Course, miles of trails and a stocked 30 acre Manalapan Lake.
