Greenbriar II is the newer section and across the road from Greenbriar I adult community located in Brick, NJ. This Lennar adult community was built in the 1980s and is a little smaller, with about 600 single-family homes.
The builder updated the models with newer designs ranging between 1,100 sf to almost 1,600 sf 2 bedroom homes and garages. The Vernon model is the largest and is the only model featuring two-car garages.
