The Equestra at Colts Neck Crossing is a newer active adult community located in the Farmingdale section of Howell, NJ. This gated community was established in the late 2000’s by the builder, Centex Homes. Equestra offered 9 model homes to choose from between 2-4 bedrooms and lots of options/upgrades to make even the choosiest homeowner happy.
The Equestra community is broken up into two sections. The Main entrance brings you into the primary part of the community with the clubhouse.
