Concordia is an active adult community located in Monroe, NJ. This large gated community features over 1750 homes in a variety of styles from single family homes, courtyard ranch style attached homes, condominiums and townhouses. Concordia started building this 440 acre community back in the early 1980’s.
The community also boasts a wide range of activities and amenities for residents to enjoy including an 18 hole golf course, modern clubhouse, lighted tennis courts and much more. The golf course is privately owned with membership available to homeowners. Concordia must have a least one resident 55 or older and no other residents under the age of 48 are allowed to live in the community.

Concordia is adjacent to several adult communities including Clearbrook, The Ponds and Greenbriar at Whittingham. There are a couple of strip malls and the Stop and Shop grocery store and less than a mile away.
There are several parks nearby including Thompson Park and Monroe Twp Memorial Park. The community can easily access NYC and Philadelphia via the New Jersey Turnpike.
