Overview
Covered Bridge Adult Community is a wonderful condo-style community conveniently located just off Route 9 in Manalapan. Models consist of 1 and 2 bedroom homes either ranch style or upper and lower units. This affordable development was established back in the 1970s and a newer section called Covered Bridge 2 was built in the early eighties. There are over 1,500 units in total
Covered Bridge is close to shopping, restaurants, major transportation routes yet rural enough to see farmlands. There is also senior bus transportation in the community for residents who don’t own a car.
The Pine Brook golf course surrounds a section of the development affording beautiful views of the fairways, water features, and grounds. This 18-hole golf course is run by the Monmouth County Parks System and is open to the public year round.
